Junior Cybersecurity Analyst

Location: San Antonio or Austin, Texas

General duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist customers throughout their journey—including onboarding, support, and troubleshooting
  • Analysis of advanced malware and cybersecurity threats using a toolset provided by Infocyte
  • Creation of custom reports for customers based on threat hunting survey/scan data
  • Troubleshoot environmental and product issues once threat hunting software is deployed in a customer environment
  • Assist with technical writing, such as help guides, user guides, case studies, and relevant documentation
  • Become an expert in the setup and use of Infocyte's threat hunting platform—Infocyte HUNT
  • Software administration, cybersecurity assessments and analysis, and threat report creation
  • Understanding of Infocyte's features, benefits, functionality, and marketspace

Requirements, knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years networking or cybersecurity-related industry experience (if no degree)
  • Security+ Certification or equivalent in industry certification, background, and knowledge
  • Knowledge of TCP/UDP/IP networking, familiarity with packet analysis tools, such as Wireshark, and a general understanding of networking technology, terminology, and protocols
  • Effective communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice-to-haves:

  • Cyber threat analysis experience
  • Software and/or startup experience
  • Knowledge of software QA/testing

Customer Success Director

Location: San Antonio or Austin, Texas

Summary: We are looking for a versatile Customer Success Director who enjoys working in a fast-paced business and can handle the challenges of an agile startup environment. You will work closely with the management team, sales, and engineering to drive a world-class customer experience and adoption of the Infocyte platform.

General duties and responsibilities:

  • Customer Success: Manage overall customer health, driving adoption and best practices across customers and partners.
  • Quantitative Scoring: Using metrics to drive results and greater understanding of platform value including usage data, NPS and transactional surveys and customer scorecards.
  • POC Support: Support ongoing POCs with technical expertise to ensure the smoothest possible experience for potential customers.
  • Customer Support: Manage the customer support efforts by working and coordinating with account managers and escalations to development and product team.
  • Renewals: Assist upcoming renewal activity with inside sales representatives for account activity and health for reducing churn and increasing subscriptions.
  • Onboarding & Training: Manage POs for timely licenses delivery, setup and training for maximizing value derived by customer post-purchase.

Requirements, knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, well-funded security startup
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years experience as a team leader or manager in a support role
  • Strong analytical abilities — you love working with data, analyzing outcomes, and scoping out key insights to maintain continual optimizations
  • Organized self-starter who demonstrates ownership of issues and eliminates barriers
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage customers and support queries
  • Bonus: keen understanding of the enterprise software and/or SaaS space
